Messaging Terms
Lucrum Legal Accounting, LLC, powered by Paula Field, CPA, PLLC (“Lucrum,” “we,” “us”) sends text messages about accounting, tax, advisory services, appointments, and related follow-up. These terms apply to SMS and MMS from Lucrum.

Lucrum Legal Accounting conversational messages.
How you opt in
You opt in when you start a conversation through the chat on this website, submit a form that includes SMS consent, or reply to a Lucrum message after you asked us to text you. Providing your number and sending a message is your agreement to receive texts at that number.
What we send
Appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, answers to questions you asked, account or service updates, and occasional messages about Lucrum services you inquired about.
Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive several messages around a booked appointment and fewer messages at other times.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Lucrum does not charge a fee to send or receive these texts. Your carrier’s rates still apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Lucrum text. You may also email paula@paulafieldcpa.com or call 972-359-0307. After STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop marketing and conversational texts to that number, except messages required by law or needed to complete a service you already requested.

Consent
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving Lucrum services.
Sharing of mobile numbers
We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for those parties’ own marketing. We may use service providers (including our CRM and messaging platform) solely to send messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and supported carriers
You must be 18 or older and the owner of the number you provide, or have authority to consent for that number. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
